We hear lots about toxins entering our own systems through food, the products we use and the environment in which we live. These toxins can negatively affect the ways our bodies’ work which is why we hear so much about carrying out a detox and living healthier lifestyles.
One thing you might not think about though is how toxins might be affecting the health of your dog. Our canine companions are exposed to the same chemicals in the air that we are, eat toxins in their food and have the added problem of ticks and fleas passing on infections.
And just like looking after our own bodies with a detox, there are things we can do to help detox our dogs.
