All of us come into contact with toxins every day of our lives. This doesn’t necessarily mean deadly poisons or chemicals though. Toxins are all around us and enter the body through the food we eat, the air we breathe, the water we drink and even the technology we use. Of course different lifestyles can increase the amount of toxins in your body with smoking, drinking and consuming lots of processed food all contributing towards higher levels of toxins.
