2. Surfing Online
Many of us spend a huge amount of time sitting in front of our screens or tablets surfing the net, instead of getting some exercise, or even getting to bed at a decent time! We can so easily get drawn in and spend hours online, sitting up ‘til 2am snacking on chips and chocs. In fact, a study published by the Journal of Paediatrics suggests that more time spent online will inevitably lead to weight gain. Don’t all into this trap – turn off your computer and go get some exercise and some decent sleep time instead.
